I am confident that at some stage of our life we have felt in awe of someone that we either know? Have seen on television or social media,.There are so many people that we spend our time being in awe of that we forget that each and every one of us is awesome too.
Feeling awesome may be:
- Losing weight.
- Fitting into smaller sizes.
- Improved health, less medication, more mobility.
Let’s consider exactly what AWE could stand for…..

So what would put a bomb under your weight loss efforts to make your success go explosive? Might be be that special date you have coming up? A birthday? Holiday? Sometimes we ALL need a bomb under us to fire us into action!!

- Have your portion sizes increased over time?
- Are we still mindful of the healthy balance needed to give us the results we want?
Ask yourself:
- When was the last time I checked the weight of what’s on my plate?
- Did I get better weight losses when I have checked?
- Why did I stop!!!!!

Attend Weigh-in Every week
- Easy when the going is good as you want to be here!
- Never forget you need to be here more when you least want to be! It’s simple, that’s when you need us most!!!

Accountability Works Every time!
- Facing the scales is being accountable – good and bad!
- Being accountable – filling in (an honest) food diary)
- You know when you do you get better results!

Activity Workouts Everyday
- So what could be classed as a workout?
- do you actually need trainers to do one?
If we want to feel awesome in every area of our lives we need to be:
