
What a beautiful waterlily for this month and traditionally one of the hottest months of the Summer!! Time to have a re-set, re-focus and reflect on your personal progress so far. Not necessarily about weight loss, more about your mindset, determination, focus and strategy! Could be you’re a little disappointed? Look at what has changed, and what you NEED to do to regain your positivity! Could be you’ve managed to tread water so far this year – maybe it’s time to push forward and get some progress? Possibly you’re over the moon with your success, and that’s brilliant – keep that mindset and be mindful of old habits sneaking in! The summer can bring many different challenges such as BBQ’S Shopping for a Bathing Suit…. Bank holidays and of course Summer holidays, both home and away.

Take at least 30 minutes screen time free!! Have you noticed how the majority of people are literally glued to them!! What is passing you by? Life!!! Conversations? Weather? Scenery/view? Smelling the roses!!!! What could you do in 30 minutes that could improve your life? Plan your eating? Write a shopping list? Relax? Plan a snacking strategy!!

It could also be an opportunity to look at what is hindering you, could be there are too many temptations in your surroundings, for example wine in the fridge? Or even as simple as lack of planning – the foods you need to eat aren’t there, so you’re making impulse choices which sadly tend to be unwise ones!!
In July even the smallest seed believes in miracles, why not you?
