Do you tend to rush through life and before you know it the day/week /month/year/decade has passed you by?

Don’t lose sight of what is happening now because of regrets for what you didn’t do in the past. We know that weight loss success goes way beyond the number on the scales; it’s a combination of how we feel, confidence, health, happiness and so much more.

is about more than just your weight loss! For the majority of us our weight problem is in our head. If you can become happier about yourself generally you are less likely to turn to food! It’s all about finding time to fill your week and the rest of your life with added ‘happy’!

Did you know that spreading Happy vibes is contagious? Have you noticed that if you smile at someone 9 times out of 10 they’ll return that smile? How does it make you feel when someone smiles at you? What makes you feel good/happy as you go about your day to day lives?

So If I said to you “Happiness is……..” What would your answer be? How can you increase your happy factor? How can that help you find a positive way to deal with your dark days emotions and be just a little bit kinder to yourselves? Remembering what makes you smile and keeping a positive outlook can help you overcome your any time of year blues.

The latest research shows that 40% of our happiness is determined by the things we do. Science shows that happy people make healthier choices and that making those healthier choices can lead you to then being happier. So the consequences of focusing on your personal happy and making healthier choices means it will ultimately make it easier for you to get to where you want to be with your weight loss journey which in turn makes you feel even happier.

Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.
