Fresh Start???

As we say goodbye to the last Bank holiday until Christmas and wave the children off to school, college, university and new jobs, it’s time to remember how good it felt to take control of YOUR life, your health, and your eating!

Regardless of how your summer has been, it doesn’t last forever, and often the challenges of different routines, more days out and socialising may have left you feeling a little out of shape and just as the children need to return to learn new skills for life, possibly you need to also!! Back to School!

The majority of children dislike going back to school, but usually find once they have been for a few days they are fine, and that’s probably true for our members too. It’s also worth bearing in mind that just because last term wasn’t the best, doesn’t mean this one will be the same!!

As mentors, we are both very proud of the loyalty, support and continued attendance of all our members throughout the summer months, and the results on the scales have been incredible. Which just reinforces how crucial it is to keep going, no matter what challenges lie ahead!

It’s not always easy ‘coming back’ but the alternative is far worse!! You WILL ALWAYS get a warm welcome and an opportunity to have that ‘Fresh Start’.

The countdown to Christmas has already begun and many items are already in the shops. If you want to be a Christmas Cracker and not a Christmas Pudding, it’s time to get started! Starting Over…..

There is no such thing as
“GOING BACK TO SQUARE ONE” even if you feel like you’re having to start over. You are trying again with more knowledge, strength and power than you had before.
Your journey was never over, it was just waiting for you to find the path again.
