As the clock strikes Midnight

As the clock strikes midnight, it can be a time for reflection or even a time to look forward to a new opportunity.

When it comes to looking back over the year it can be easy to think of all the things that didn’t go to plan or even those that went horribly wrong with such sadness and despair.

Now is the time to start to think about things differently and stop focusing on all the negative stuff that has happened and start thinking about all the things that happened that we should be grateful for. even when we experience an “Annus Horribillis”.

There are always lessons to be learned from the choices we made in the past, even if it’s only to realise that if we make the same decisions in the future the same outcome is a given, and that in itself is a major life lesson!

If you fail, never give up because
F.A.I.L means “First Attempt at Learning”
End is not the end, in fact
E.N.D. means “Effort Never Dies”
If you get No as an answer, remember
N.O. means “Next Opportunity”

As the new year fast approaches think about all you have learned from your past and how it can be used to help you have a Happy, Healthier and Lighter YOU!

Traditionally in the new year lots of people will decide to take stock and make changes so that they become more healthy – one of the biggest reasons they fail is because they don’t accept that it is a journey of discovery where they discover what works and doesn’t work for them.

Success is not unlike a jigsaw puzzle where you think that a piece will fit and then you find that it doesn’t – but that doesn’t mean you throw the whole jigsaw puzzle away, you just put that piece back in the box and look for another one that will fit!

When you do fit all the correct pieces together the completed picture can be so stunning and the sense of achievement overwhelming.

Remember it’s not an overnight job, and it will take time, patience and perseverance but it is so worth it.

Commit to something for 1 year instead of 1 week and you will see the change you are looking for, commit to something for longer than a year and that’s when the real magic happens!

Wishing each and every one of you the best for the coming New Year – together let’s make it the best one yet!!!!!
