Halfway to…….

As soon as I heard the title this song popped into my head and has stayed there!!!

The last section in particular, so near yet so far away!

Everyone begins a New Year full of optimism and promise, 12 whole months to have embraced your new healthy eating regime, 12 whole months to see those new behaviours, tactics and habits pay off to transform you into the very best version of you that it’s possible to be. The happier, healthier and lighter you that we all know is hiding inside, just waiting to emerge!! All in the space of one year…..

But those days, weeks and months soon melt away leaving us wishing we had put our barrow down and got going! If it is to be……

This week marks the halfway point of 2025, an appropriate time to reflect on what has been achieved so far.

You may feel you are stuck halfway up the stairs….

It’s time to get moving in the direction you want to be going, and you are already on the staircase!

Remind yourself of why you want to do this, the benefits it will bring, and that you have been successful so far, you ARE already halfway there.

Just don’t stay there! Now is the time to continue taking the steps towards our ultimate success instead of staying halfway there!!!!
