15 minutes???

It’s scary how quickly time flies and often we don’t seem to have time to achieve all the things we want to do, and often the things that can benefit our well-being most are the ones we forget to do.

There are 1440 minutes in every day and we all have the same, what could you do with just 15 of those minutes that could help you to increase your success? 60 seconds is all it takes to eat mindlessly, it takes the same 60 seconds to take a mental step back and re-think your choice.

There are 60 minutes in an hour, imagine how far could you walk in that hour, how it could make you feel? There are equally as many positive things we could do in that time as negative ones that leave you feeling despondent and disheartened.

24 hours in each day, if your day doesn’t go as well as you would have liked, is it the end of the journey? It may knock your confidence a bit but it is only 1 day, and 1 day will not spoil your whole week unless you let it!

52 weeks in a year…… Imagine where you could be if you kept your new routines, your new behaviours and tactics…..

A happier, lighter, healthier and more confident you IS in your hands, taking just 15 minutes each day to focus on achieving something exciting each day and the future will take care of it itself

Time is a created thing. To say “I don’t have time” is to say “I don’t want to”

  1. I’ve always tried to have a spare 15 minutes in my day to either go for a walk which lasts perhaps an hour or more or maybe a run. Afterwards I feel fantastic in myself and more energised 😊

  2. How true it is, if you really want to do it, you will! Negativity is a waste of time and energy and just to take 15 minutes of your day doing something positive – much more rewarding! Thanks for this refocusing post!!!

  3. This is so very true . I am doing a 40 min walk every day before I go to work . The first few days I really struggled getting up at (6am) . I am still finding it hard but I am not giving up.

  4. Love this. I have restarted my early morning walks with the dogs. Not a fan of a 6am start but always enjoy it and come back ready to face the day.

  6. I definitely waste more than 15 minutes each and every day. I just need to get my motivation back & use at least 15 minutes to either plan my meals or get out and do some gardening. X

  7. I agree negativity gets you nowhere however if an event occurs outside your control it is hard to get back into a positive place attending meetings and talking does help
