Spring

Spring time is always described as the time for new life and new beginnings, so could this be the time you Spring forward towards a new activity routine? It’s lighter in the evenings giving you more time, or could it be the time you Spring back to the activity regime you had in place before the clocks changed? Make sure you’re wearing an activity monitor to give you an accurate measure of just how active you actually you are, also useful when you want to increase your levels. Doing more also boosts your mood and releases the feel good endorphins, in fact you’ll be Springing up ready and raring to go

If it is an outside activity take some time to notice just how vibrant spring is with all it’s brighter colours and warmer days, see how the wildlife increases notice the Spring lambs frisking in the fields of green, in fact Springwatch!!

Whilst you are getting about more and being more active, could you be drinking more Spring water?? Remember how important it is to stay hydrated!!

It could also be Spring cleaning…Not just your home, your cupboards and your wardrobes, but old habits that have crept in over the Autumn and Winter months

In fact could this be the Springboard that boosts your motivation and inspiration as Summer draws ever closer… What will you want to be wearing this summer on your holidays? Possibly more important is how do you want to feel!!!

If you don’t take action now then will your flip flops be the only thing that will fit and will you still be wearing your Spring rolls?

Spring is the time of plans and projects.

  1. “Spring rolls” that made me laugh. I want to feel good about myself this summer. I hated myself last summer and had to wear the things that I looked the least worse in 😢
