To list a few and there will be many others that resonate with you. So let’s have a look at the facts:

There are 365 day’s in a year, there are 24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in hour, and 60 seconds in a minute.

Let’s look at 15 minutes, that’s 900 seconds, it’s easy to let time slip away and often regret the things we could have done but didn’t. In fact the time was probably used having a coffee and a biscuit or two!!
