


I’m sure everyone has already noticed how much lighter it is becoming in the evening, and as we head towards British Summer Time and the clocks go forward an hour just how much of a difference will be gained each month.
In February the sun will set at 5.39, in March it’s 7.30, April 8.21, and May 9.07!
That’s how fast summer will be approaching, so now IS the time to be focusing on the steps we need to take to achieve the best summer body possible summer-bodies.
It may seem a little early to think about summer, but the odds are you’ve already either looked or are looking to book holidays. Leaving it until the last moment could leave you feeling disappointed.

Activity?? How much would it matter to you to have a firmer body? Start moving more now!! What moves you? Doing more regular activity will change your shape and size, however for the very best results you need to combine healthy eating AND regular activity!
