100%…..

It is believed that in order to be successful at anything in life you must give it 100%…..All or Nothing?

One of the old sayings is “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well” Do you think that applies to absolutely everything in life?

Is that necessarily true?

It it realistically possible to devote 100% to any ONE thing, when our lives are made of of so many different aspects, work, home, families, leisure, hobbies and interests, pets, relaxing, recharging and regenerating time.

You will only be able to give a percentage of effort, energy and enthusiasm to any one thing, the remainder is divided up between the many assorted priorities that are in your life.

The one that feels the most important to you will be the one you are most invested in and will give it your very best.

As priorities are flexible and can change on the spin of a coin, is it any wonder when you are not giving it your undivided attention, you feel you are not succeeding which can lead to feelings of failure and what’s the point. If it is to be……

Adopting a more relaxed approach to transforming your weight loss journey has proven to be a much more successful strategy. Then, when various pressures do arise, it’s easier to adapt whilst still keeping your basic habits and techniques in place which can help damage limitation as well as those dreadful feelings of failure.

To be successful at ANYTHING you firstly have to want to achieve it, no matter what field of your life that may be. Of course there will be setbacks, challenges and obstacles, but there is always a way round them if it matters enough!
