Biro….

Here we have a humble Biro, and we’re going to explore would how it could help you to lose weight.  Please be aware you will all need your own Biro and you most definitely will not want to share.  So let’s look at how a Biro can help you to lose weight

It could be clenched between your teeth – great muscle work for your face, and it can also stop you eating things you shouldn’t!

You could clench it between your buttocks – being very careful with the positioning, and if you can then walk around the kitchen without dropping it then you know that your buttocks clenches are working. Don’t forget to remove it before you sit down, as we don’t want any nasty accidents. Imagine how much fun you could have with a fountain pen!!

Or even a quill?????

There will always be other things going on in our lives, but if it matters enough you will find a way to keep focused and not resort to All or Nothing? tactics, that have never worked before and won’t now! Sick of being a Yo-Yo Dieter??

If we want a weight loss then we have all got to get our priorities straight, and remember what is important to us – Being lighter!!! And to achieve it we need to be determined, focused and plan to be successful, not leave it to chance!

A Biro is vital for recording honestly exactly what you ARE eating and drinking each day, it’s also really useful to write the time too. It could be that you feel the need to snack at specific times of the day! If so, using your Biro could pinpoint that moment which will enable you to find a workaround.

When you have filled in your Food Diary you can then use your Biro to compile a shopping list, or make notes as to what worked and what needs working on.

A shopping list is important to your weight loss, remember, if you haven’t bought it, you can’t eat it!! True for both healthy and unhealthy foods!!

You could also use a Biro to write down a list of commitments – For example.’ I will aim to walk for 10 minutes each day, or try a new recipe. Keep it specific and realistic!! How SMART can you be?

A Biro can also be used to make a list of your personal goals for instance the next milestone or a certain weight by a certain date.

You could use your Biro to write down your feelings, why you decided to begin your healthy journey and how you feel when its been a focused and controlled week but also how you feel when its been an awful week.

It may only be a simple Biro but if you use it wisely then it will help you to achieve your dream of being happier, healthier and of course lighter too!!

Don’t forget that trying to justify not doing things that you know will enhance your weight loss are just excuses.
