As we say good bye to Summer 2025, maybe a chance to reflect on all the triumphs that have been achieved, those amazing holidays, the satisfaction of feeling proud and wearing smaller clothes, enjoying better health with more energy and enthusiasm? Or will we be dwelling on opportunities that may have slipped by for another Summer.

Regardless of whether it’s regret or wishful thinking, it’s time to get motivated and focused for the challenges that the Autumn months could bring. Always remember, it’s never too late to start working on the you YOU want to be. Summer bodies are made in winter….

Take some time to look at the bonuses that the Autumn season brings. The amazing colours, the slightly smoky smells and the possibilities of what YOU can do!!

Get out there!! Walking is one of the best activities for our overall well-being, stress busting, releasing those happy endorphins, making the most of the late sunshine. Taking in the colours and smells that only Autumn brings The days are less hot and humid so less excuses for not getting out there!!!

Continuing to drink your water, it’s equally important ALL year round, not just the summer months. H2O

A new season often means a change in the type of food we want to enjoy, maybe less cold food and more hearty, warming and tasty dishes. Time to dust off the slow cooker!! Soup,Stews and Casseroles making sure you are planning in your 5 a day (fruit and vegetables) There are plenty of ideas within the posts already published, but if you need more, just ask Google. Having the internet to hand to search for assorted recipes means not getting bored, but also a chance to re-visit old favourites!
