So here we are……
NOvember!!!!

What could you be saying NO to during this month that will improve your well-being, self-esteem, weight, confidence and health??
Let’s explore the possibilities:
- EXCUSES… Look at the excuses made during summer for not taking regular activity!! It may be colder now, but you can wrap up warm. Who said doing more had to be outside?? Make sure you drink your 2 litres a day! Most places (including your home/car) are heated. If anything you dehydrate more in the colder months than the summer ones.
- TIME…Never enough hours in the day? If it matters enough you WILL find time!
- WINGING IT…Not planning meals!! Or making a shopping list and sticking to it!!
- IT’LL DO…It really won’t, check those portion sizes, put in the time, energy and effort – it WILL be worth it.
- NEGATIVE THINKING..Banish those thoughts and replace them with positive ones – you’ve got this!!
- MISSING MEALS… Make your meals matter, missing a meal will cost you more in the long run as you’ll snack and probably be out of control!!!
- PUTTING IT OFF… Tomorrow never comes – Make time and do it NOW!!
