Time to say NO!!

So here we are……

What could you be saying NO to during this month that will improve your well-being, self-esteem, weight, confidence and health??

Let’s explore the possibilities:

  • TIME…Never enough hours in the day? If it matters enough you WILL find time!
  • WINGING IT…Not planning meals!! Or making a shopping list and sticking to it!!
  • IT’LL DO…It really won’t, check those portion sizes, put in the time, energy and effort – it WILL be worth it.
  • NEGATIVE THINKING..Banish those thoughts and replace them with positive ones – you’ve got this!!
  • MISSING MEALS… Make your meals matter, missing a meal will cost you more in the long run as you’ll snack and probably be out of control!!!
  • PUTTING IT OFF… Tomorrow never comes – Make time and do it NOW!!
