Take time to smell the roses -All too often we’re so busy racing through the months that time flies by and another month slips away often without much attention or notice! Each month brings new joys, so try to make time to enjoy the time we’re in , while we’re in it. Not anticipating what is yet to come!

Pause and Reflect on what is working for you – Six months of the year have passed – Are you happy with your progress? Could it be quicker? What is slowing you down or holding you back? More activity? Less food? Change the balances of the food you’re eating? Snacking? Drink more water? H2O When you know the answers all you need to do is look for the solutions, they are always there even if you need to look a little harder!

Recharge your priorities – Scroll back up to the first block – the most important part is ARE YOU HAPPY with where you are on this journey, and if not WHY NOT! Your Why? Refresh your reasons for starting this journey, are they still valid? Do they need some adjustment to be compliant with the summer months? Remember. June is the beginning of summer, so if your tactics and strategies need adjusting DO IT NOW! Too many swallows do not a summer make!!!
The tactics and strategies that worked brilliantly through the spring, may not be the best for now. Taking some time NOW and putting in that extra effort getting a perfect result result for you throughout the summer, will be so worthwhile! You know you CAN!
