So here it is the last month of 2025, for many it’s the most chaotic, manic and hectic month of the whole year! There never seems to be enough hours in the day to complete all the many lists and tasks that it entails. With that in mind it’s also worth noting that with so many things happening, looking after yourself will get overlooked.

Here are some top tips for success that will support you physically and mentally during, what could be the most stressful time of the year!

Make some time for your own Self-Care, whatever that looks like. Maybe a hot, relaxing aromatic soak in the bath, or a hour with a good book, or possibly a brisk walk to clear your mind and remember what is important to you. Slow Down : More haste less speed comes to mind! Often when you’re rushing at one hundred miles an hour things can often get missed or forgotten. Take a little time to make a list and it could save you rushing about like a headless chicken!! Are you rushing your food? Maybe you’re making do with a quick snack rather than a filling and satisfying meal. Again to save time, plan ahead – this is where your slow cooker could save you valuable time as well as providing great, healthy and balanced meals. Soup,Stews and Casseroles

Be Better…. At what?? This is a difficult one as it’s very personal to each and every one of you. So what would you want to be better at? Self-Control? Snacking? Planning? Being creative? Cooking? Time management? Portion control? Being more active? Or taking into account the time of year, your food shopping? Shopping for Christmas….
