It’s here a perfect opportunity to refocus and continue the journey you began. Having enjoyed celebrating both Christmas and New Year, maybe having partaken a bit too liberally of the indulgent food and drink, it’s time to get In The Zone!! To go along to your meeting and pick up where you left off. It’s going back to 3 meals a day, plenty of fruit and vegetables, drinking lots of water to help detox! To return to regular, planned activity. To write your food diary and get focused.

It’s vital to remember exactly how fast the years DO fly by, and often putting off getting going until it’s Spring or Summer could be too late to see the transformation you want. There is Always a Reason…. to delay, but it’s never any easier whenever you decide to start. Often when asking successful members their thoughts, it’s often said “I wish I’d done this years ago” This should be a healthier lifestyle for life, not just for a holiday! Imagine how wonderful it would feel to know you’re in the best possible shape all year round!!!

For some,it’s possibly considering a different approach to weight loss rather than following a “diet” actually learning what behaviors are hindering your progress, and learning new techniques and strategies that can support weight loss for life simply by making small changes to both what you eat, and maybe more importantly – why!!
The most important step is stop delaying and get going, before you know it this year will be over too!!!!
