14 weeks till the “Big Day”

It seems impossible to believe how quickly the summer days and weeks have flown by and we know that September heralds the beginning of Autumn which can also hold glorious sunshine and warm days. But there is often a little nip in the early morning and late evenings as it starts to fall dusk that little bit earlier each day.

Harder to imagine that in just 14 weeks all the frenzy and chaos in the proceeding run up to Christmas is done. The tree and festive decorations are up, we’re all fed up with the Christmas music! All the food been bought and the fridge /freezer is bulging. All Christmas cards sent and all presents wrapped.

We will all be eagerly anticipating the arrival of Santa laden with all those wonderful gifts that so much time, energy and effort have gone in to purchasing. The tills will be ready to close, the online orders all filled and all the children on their best behaviour (Santa doesn’t deliver to naughty ones!!)

But…….

Hold on a minute, let’s pause for a moment and think about YOU in 14 week’s time!

  • Will you be feeling proud of yourself?
  • Will you be feeling confident?
  • Will your self-esteem be at an all time high?
  • Will you have given yourself the very best present? The very best gift of all, a happier, healthier and happier you!!!
  • Or will you be wearing what fits rather than what you want to wear!

Remember…..there are 14 weeks until Christmas, that could mean 7 lbs lighter at 1/2 lb a week, or 14 lbs ( 1 stone ) at 1 lb a week, 21 lbs ( 1 1/2 stone ) at 1.5 lbs a week, or even 28 lbs ( 2 stone ) at 2 lb a week!!!

Time for a reset!!! Consider what you CAN/NEED to do over the next 14 weeks:

All of the above are links are to previous posts, all designed to inspire, motivate, guide, advise and encourage you with each aspect required to achieve the very best results.

The next 14 weeks will fly by as quickly as the summer has, focus, plan and aim for the very best result. It IS in your hands – you CAN DO THIS!!
